Miley Cyrus Reveals New Short Haircut
Looks like Miley Cyrus is already beating us at our own New Year's Resolutions. Not only is she rocking a sweet arm party, but our "Achy Breaky" girl ALSO got a haircut, y'all! Sure, it's no Emma Watson pixie or Robert Pattinson shaved head, but for a girl we're so accustomed to seeing in cascades of "Can't Be Tamed" waves, this clavicle-length razor cut is a MAJOR change. Though we're a little sad to see those flowing tendrils go, we're psyched about this edgy cut and proud of Miley for taking such a huge style leap. Also, we're totally jealous of how much time she's undoubtedly gained in her daily beauty routine just by snipping off a few inches. *sobs while STILL conditioning hair

We're catching our first glimpse at freshly shorn 'do while Miley is off-duty, cavorting around West Hollywood with a dream and a cardigan flannel shirt, but what we really can't wait for is her short locks' red carpet debut! Will she flat-iron and pull them back in a shellacked pony à la Rooney Mara? Or blow-dry with a round brush for a modern take on the '90s favorite "Rachel"?
